In a 90-second short film from 1963, William Burroughs knocks on an unfamiliar door in Tangier. The famous American writer, author of Naked Lunch, for whom it is difficult to say that he nurtured a comprehensive literary style during his long career, decided to buy a bird in a cage in Morocco. At least this is the message of the short film, directed by Anthony Balch, British film producer and distributor.
